As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, my goal is to accompany you on your journey so you won't feel alone or be alone. While helping you build robust mental models, my plan is to ignite vision, discipline, critical thinking, and above all else, your overall success.

I hold a master’s degree in professional counseling, a graduate certification in nonprofit management, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Additionally, I am a certified anger management specialist, and a certified facilitator in small business startup.

I have over a decade of experience working with individuals and groups in crisis centers, schools, hospitals, and community mental health facilities. I’ve had the privilege to have served on boards of directors for a local nonprofit, and also for the regional advisory council for the City of Tampa.

I am a US Army combat veteran with over a decade of tried and true experience in building teams, leadership development, strategic planning, diversity and inclusion, management, operational and institutional training, and talent acquisition.
